GIST: INEC TRAINING.

A good day is the day INEC decided that they will be needing the services of Oyo Corpers for the Osun state Gubernatorial Elections, 2014. Because the excitement this information has brought cannot be quantified.

And on the first day of training, 31st July, 2014, over 700 corps members assembled at Ikolaba Grammar School. Most of them arrived as early as 7:15 am, considering the fact that the State coordinator, Pastor O.A.T. Alao already said that punctuality will be one of the integral screening parameter. I know for a fact (I'm not kidding right now) that some corps members already ironed their khaki and even made breakfast the night before, and woke up as early as 5 am, so that at about 6:30 am, they were fully dressed already.
Omo, come and see "big girls and big boys corpers" come turn original Otondo again, all for INEC money, no be small matter. Even going as far as tucking their khaki into the socks. You know like they say "Money Speaks", na money cause am ooooo, everybody wants a share of the National Pie and nobody wants to be screened out. And for over 30 minutes, the Otondos were made to stand on the "Assembly ground" (lol), and then something miraculous happened while on the ground....... Allowee entered!!!
 

 If you see the excitement and the jumping around of the corps members, it was a sight to behold.

After an intermittent amount of time standing, the LGI of........ started calling the names of the corps members, he was calling the names one by one, now imagine the time it will take to call the name of about 700 people. Well for your information, we stood through it all, yeah.... "the power of money".

It was not a surprise when the officials informed everyone that the corps members available are more than corps members needed, therefore, they should prepare for examination on Saturday, cos the exam will be the ultimate parameter. Can you imagine?

The corps members were distributed into classrooms of about 53 each and received "lectures" till 2 pm, after which they went on a break that was supposed to end by 2:30 pm, but of course the Nigerian factor was in place and therefore, the break ended at........

That is the update for today on INEC training from the grounds of Ikolaba Grammar School. And trust your girl, I am right HERE, cos I swear, Election money no go pass me by. So, till later, ciao!!!
